Speed Hull's Bio:
July 2006
After growing up working in the family logging business, twenty years working in many different positions at a local sawmill, 6 years on the green chain, 7 years in the log yard, and 7 years of log quality and log data analysis for Idaho Forest Industries/Stimson Lumber in Coeur d’Alene Idaho. I am excited with the opportunity to join the TradeTec team, to start the next 20 years of my careers.

Kevin Dube
July 2006
Kevin Dube has worked for the past four years in the forest industry as a software developer. Prior to working for Tradetec, Kevin worked as an independent contractor for clients such as West Fraser & Norske Canada. Kevin also worked for TietoEnator Canada, programming and troubleshooting pulp mill information systems. Kevin is a graduate of BCIT’s software development program and also has a degree in Engineering from UBC. Kevin worked as a process design engineer before diving into the exciting world of programming and software design.

Trish Ellis
May 2006
Trish Ellis has a diverse background in Forestry, Mechanical Engineering and Owner/Operator of Commercial Industrial Building and retired Naval Officer. Her forestry background includes 2 years University of Toronto in Bof Sc Forestry. She conducted operational and forest resource inventory timber cruising for the Ministry of Natural Resources, winter Timber Marking for remedial forestry on ministry sites and privately owned land. Forestry was Trish's first career choice and is happy to be returneing to it and hopes to integrate her knowledge in Configuration Management, GPS/Electronic Mapping, and business savvy into her new position at TradeTec.

Ashley MacDonald
May 2006
Ashley has worked for the past 4 years in web design and development. Prior to moving to the island, she worked for a concert production company in Vancouver, where she was in charge of IT and web development, and production assistant. Ashley graduated Langara College in Art History and CDI College in Web Design. Ashley is excited about working at TradeTec and learning a new set of skills.
