Insurance for Your Equipment
TradeTec's hardware Service and Maintenance Agreement for your handheld computers is valuable insurance against breakdowns and unnecessary downtime.
Our preventive maintenance plan is the best way to prevent equipment problems from striking. It includes two maintenance checks each year to verify the condition of each handheld device, and to repair minor damage that could cause major problems if left untreated.
For the first service each year, the handhelds are dismantled and inspected by our service department. Batteries are replaced if they show low capacity, the keypad is replaced if wear is excessive, and the display window is replaced if scratches make it difficult to see through.
For the year's second preventive maintenance check, TradeTec will replace the batteries, keypad and display window, whether they show signs of wear or not. And all parts and servicing are included in your SMA.
Plus, TradeTec will supply a free service loaner handheld for each unit that is being serviced.
The TradeTec SMA means that every six months, you get the assurance that your handhelds are verified to be leak free and in premium condition.
TradeTec's Guarantee
If, at any time, a handheld breaks down due to regular use, TradeTec will repair the unit free of charge. Regardless of which handheld component is damaged or faulty, you're covered with free repairs, parts and service.
30-day Parts and Service Warranty
